Big Dan started playing guitar when he was 8 years old. He caught on quickly and was gigging by the time he was 16.  He soon became a big fan of the Blues.

 

He has shared the stage with many greats including....Downchild Blues Band, Colin James, Paul James, Jack DeKeyzer, Bobby Dean Blackburn, and Eric Burton just to name a few... The Blues has taken him around the world with tours in Canada, United States, China, Japan and Hong Kong.

 

The sound of  Big Dan's voice and his guitar playing comes from deep within his soul. He gives it all he's got every song, every second, every bit of himself comes out in his music....

Toshi Otani was born and raised on Japan's northernmost island of Hokkaido. When he was 12 years old, got first guitar from his friend. He taught himself to play by listening to the radio and records.

His first experience of playing the blues was at the age of 19, as a bass player, with a band that practiced in a barbershop owned by the bandleader.

In 2005, he moved to New York to joined a band called Eastvillage Pharmacy to recorded an album. He spent many years in Tokyo's lively Chicago-style blues scene before relocating to the Niagara region in 2013.

 

When not playing music, Toshi can often be found taking things apart and putting them back together.

Donny Tops started playing professionally at 16 in a big band dance band, ran by his father and fronted by Gus Gordon formerly of the famous Ink Spots.

 

Don has played with hundreds of musicians during his career. Including blues artists and bands.: Hot Bananas featuring Dan Thomas and Bobby Hill, Doreen Smith and the Brick Band, Little Jimmy and the Headliners, Hot Tamales, Blueswinder featuring Paul Coombs, Shrimp Daddy and The Sharpshooters, Hock Walsh (of Downchild), Chicago Pete, Zoom, and James Knowles.

Jerry McLaren aka;( Gerald James Myers ). Born 1955 in Rouyn/Noranda Quebec. He started playing drums at the age of 14 yrs old , and played clubs and bars at the age of 18 yrs old. He has played different styles from Country to country rock to Rock &Roll to Pop to Rock Fusion to Blues, he finally found his love in All aspects of the Blues.

He has played with and backed up the likes of: Bo Diddley,  Ben E King, The Drifters,: Cherry Wine Band, The Plainsmen Band, Home Grown Band, The Flashbacks, Jerry Arpa and Dimension, The Edgewater Band, The Pressure cookers Band, The Trades, Free for a Reason Band , The Flamborough Guns, The Shades of Blue Funk and Soul Band, 15 Minutes Band and Show Me The Money Blues Band ,
